Watch out for your anger. Anger is a sign for you that you are starting to feel constrained by others. Ask yourself if this is true. Maybe you need to learn to be more patient and allow others to catch up with you.
Especially during a time like this, it is essential to work with others to share the load. You may have unrealistic expectations of what you can achieve.
You need to keep your heart open. Your open heart will help you to connect with many people. The more you are willing to be vulnerable will increase your opportunities to help others.
